I could dig something like that

A PAC with two 8 team divisions, one with the original eight (USC, UCLA, Stanford, Cal, Washington, Wazzu, Oregon, and Oregon St) and the other with the newer eight (OU, Ok State, texas, Texas Tech, Arizona, Arizona St, Colorado, and Utah). And every team has to play one OOC game every year against a B1G team. I can definitely get behind the idea of OU/Nebraska playing every year again. I'll take it a step further and say that every time we play them that the Huskers have to line up for every offensive play in the I Formation and we'll line up in the Wishbone. And everyone has to wear the old tear-away jerseys.
I kind of really want this to happen now.
